**Position Overview:  
**  
The Receiver plays a critical role in ensuring inbound materials are accurately received, inspected, documented, and distributed to support production and customer fulfillment. This role is responsible for verifying shipments against purchase orders, maintaining accurate inventory records within the ERP system, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

The successful candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. This role will be cross-trained across both shipping and receiving functions to support operational flexibility and coverage.

This role is based in our Abbotsford location and this role is a fully onsite role.

Schedule:  
**Monday - Friday  
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

**Pay:** $20.00-22.00 / Per Hour

## Requirements

-   Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
-   Unload, stage, and distribute materials to appropriate production, warehouse, or storage locations.
-   Accurately process receipts and maintain inventory records within the ERP system.
-   Label, store, and organize raw materials and components to support efficient warehouse operations.
-   Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and effectively.
-   Communicate receiving updates and discrepancies with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams.
-   Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage areas.
-   Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and process improvement initiatives.
-   Cross-train across functions and support other departments as required to ensure operational coverage and continuity.
-   Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
-   Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

### **Education & Experience**

-   High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-   Hands-on experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
-   Minimum 1 year of receiving or warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
-   Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems is an asset.
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-   Proficiency using computers, scanners, tablets, and warehouse systems.
-   Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-   Basic math, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
-   Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
