We are currently seeking a **seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (plaintiff-side)** based in **Ohio** to join our growing remote team. This is an opportunity to handle meaningful cases, work with a strong support team, and make a real impact—without being tied to a traditional office setting.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Lead Litigation End-to-End:** Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations
-   **Advocate in Court:** Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision
-   **Client Strategy & Guidance:** Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases
-   **Draft & Argue:** Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
-   **Trial Preparation:** Work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy
-   **Case Evaluation:** Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction
-   **Client Communication:** Maintain strong, consistent communication and deliver a high-touch client experience

### **Qualifications:**

-   **Experience:** 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
-   **License:**

-   Required: Active **Ohio Bar license**
-   Preferred: Dual licensure in **Ohio and Texas**

-   **Trial Background:** Strong courtroom experience with a track record of results
-   **Skills:** Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities
-   **Mindset:** Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
-   **Work Style:** Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing a full caseload in a remote environment
-   **Team Player:** Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally
