## Description

The Personnel Logistics Assistant will be responsible for ensuring compliant, efficient and safe logistics coordination for offshore and onshore personnel involved in oil & gas operations. The role includes managing flight logistics, passenger registration, mobility processes, training compliance, access control, and daily operational reporting. This position supports aviation operations, HSE, cost control, and overall personnel movement planning, guaranteeing that all logistics activities are executed with accuracy, quality, and alignment with operational requirements.

**Responsabilities**

-   Coordinate offshore personnel embarkation and disembarkation.
-   Manage passenger registration and profile updates in the flight management system.
-   Maintain and update the training matrix by role, as provided by HSE.
-   Plan and schedule aircraft seating in accordance with crew rotations and operational requirements.
-   Prepare, validate, and distribute flight and cargo manifests to BW Energy passengers and suppliers.
-   Coordinate helicopter operations with external providers and the Operations team, including cargo and baggage logistics.
-   Monitor passenger journey from check-in through landing,
-   Responsible for triggering and monitoring takeoff/landing during MEDEVAC
-   Control no-shows, flight delays, and operational deviations, ensuring timely communication to stakeholders.
-   Validate helicopter usage proformas and support cost control activities.
-   Manage offshore and onshore logistics, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
-   Track and report KPIs related to aviation and logistics operations.

## Requirements

**Education**

-   Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or related areas;

**Experience**

-   Previous experience in a similar position.
-   Previous work in a multinational oil company is desirable.
-   Experience with crew logistics management, including scheduling, mobilizations, travel arrangements, accommodation, and documentation workflows.
-   Hands-on experience with logistics operations, such as travel bookings, vendor coordination, cost control, and operational support.
-   Experience using travel management systems and tools related to personnel logistics.
