**$60K–$75K Base + Uncapped Bonus | $100K–$125K+ Potential**

We’re looking for a results-driven **Branch Finance & Sales Manager** to lead both the **sales and finance/collections operations** of a high-performing branch. This is a leadership role for someone who can **drive revenue, develop teams, and manage portfolio performance,** all while delivering an excellent customer experience.

### **What You’ll Get**

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Hire, train, and lead a team
-   Drive branch **sales performance** and consistently hit targets
-   Manage the **full sales cycle** and ensure strong CRM utilization
-   Oversee **underwriting decisions** and portfolio health
-   Monitor and improve **delinquency and charge-offs**
-   Forecast sales and performance metrics
-   Ensure high levels of **customer satisfaction and retention**
-   Maintain compliance with company policies and standards
-   Support and step in for the **Branch General Manager** as needed

### **What We’re Looking For**

-   Sales management and/or **consumer finance/collections leadership experience**
-   Subprime lending experience is a plus
-   Proven ability to **lead teams and hit performance targets**
-   Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
-   Customer-focused mindset
-   Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
-   Valid driver’s license

### **Schedule**

-   No Sundays
-   42–48 hours per week
-   Store Hours: **9AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), 9AM–4PM (Saturday)**
