> CADDi · Hanoi, Vietnam (Hybrid) · Full-time · Posted 2026-08-10

**Salary:** USD 2,000–2,200

**Workplace:** hybrid

## Description

**ABOUT US**

- With the mission of "Unleash the potential of the manufacturing," CADDi is dedicated to enabling each manufacturer to leverage its strengths and build collaborative, non-hierarchical relationships within the industry.
- AI has already transformed the digital world. What comes next is materialization — ideas only change the world once they are built. Our vision is to accelerate physical innovation tenfold, and we are transforming the manufacturing supply chain from upstream to downstream to make that possible.
- We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team in Vietnam as a Manufacturing Transformation Consultant for our AI Data Platform for Manufacturing, "CADDi." Trusted by many manufacturing enterprises such as SUZUKI, YKK, YANMAR and so on.
- This role is essential in driving CADDi's expansion and market growth in Vietnam. If you share CADDi's mission, vision, and culture, we welcome you to build the ship together with us!

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

- **Your mission: Drive end-to-end transformation by partnering with clients—from executive alignment to hands-on frontline implementation and results.**
- We are not a company that makes software. We are a company that transforms manufacturing, by combining technology with the work of people. We call this "Whole Product," and this role is the human half of it — which is why your work does not end when the recommendation is delivered.
- CADDi Vietnam is a small team, and we are relaunching from here. Our product is being renewed, and so is the way we work in this market — you will decide what CADDi Vietnam becomes rather than inherit a finished playbook.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Transformation Design and Delivery**

- Diagnose both the management agenda and the on-site reality of a customer's engineering, procurement and production processes, and identify where knowledge and data are lost, duplicated or unusable.
- Set the target state and the milestones to reach it with the customer's management, and drive it until the new way of working is actually adopted.

**Customer Onboarding**

- Lead the onboarding process for new customers, working with cross-functional teams to provide the training and resources they need.

**Customer Engagement**

- Visit the floor. Adoption never begins until the people doing the work are convinced, so you will spend your days with them — understanding how they actually operate, earning their trust, and removing what stands in the way of using the platform.
- Gather feedback continuously, address concerns, and turn what you hear on site into the next step of the transformation plan.

**Account Management**

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, from the plant floor to the C-suite, and keep our solutions aligned with the customer's management agenda.

**Product and Industry Knowledge**

- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, and stay ahead of how AI and data are changing manufacturing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to customers.

**Renewals and Expansion**

- Manage customer renewals, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling in collaboration with the Field Sales team.

**Knowledge and Reporting**

- Monitor progress of your own engagements, detect risks early, and design and execute recovery plans on your own initiative.
- Report on customer outcomes to leadership, and codify what works into repeatable practices so that the whole team's level rises, not just your own.

## Requirements

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

- 5+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following:

- Consulting in any industry, with a genuine ambition to commit your career to manufacturing — one of the largest and least digitized industries in the world.
- Consulting or advisory work for manufacturing clients.
- In-house consulting, Kaizen, production engineering, industrial engineering (IE), or business improvement roles inside a manufacturer.
- Digitalization or smart factory initiatives at a manufacturing site — for example MES, IoT, production data or quality data projects, whether you led them or drove adoption on the floor.

- Native Vietnamese and professional English or Japanese.
- Interest in how manufacturing actually works, and the willingness to learn it deeply on site.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and presentation tools.
- Numerical abilities and a problem-solving attitude.
- Analytical and creative thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites in the northern industrial provinces, and occasionally elsewhere in Vietnam.

**EXPECTED MINDSET (Who we are looking for)**

- A real resonance with our mission — unleashing the potential of the manufacturing industry — and with our vision of accelerating physical innovation tenfold. This is why our members are here.
- A frustration with work that ends at the recommendation, and a deep desire to stay with a customer until the change is embedded, running and measurable.
- The ability to define what the customer's operation should look like and work backwards to the real problem — rather than executing only the scope you were given.
- A habit of gathering information well beyond the boundary of the immediate task, examining it from multiple angles, and arriving at your own insight rather than the expected answer.
- The initiative to set challenging goals for yourself without being told, and to see risks coming before they arrive.
- A builder's mentality aligned with our core culture of creating solutions from scratch ("Build the ship").
- We look for culture impact rather than culture fit — not whether you will blend into the team as it is, but how the team will change for the better because you joined. In a team being relaunched, that matters more than anywhere else.
- A willingness to organize your own expertise and pass it on, so that the people around you get better because you are here.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Production or a related engineering field.
- Experience structuring ambiguous problems and communicating your recommendations to management-level stakeholders.
- Consulting experience delivering projects for manufacturing clients (strategy, operations, supply chain, or digital transformation).
- Experience with Kaizen, TPS, IE, production engineering, or QCD improvement projects at an OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
- Experience in DX or data utilization projects involving drawing, procurement, PLM/PDM, ERP or MES data.
- Experience in B2B SaaS onboarding and adoption, and hands-on experience with CRM software.
- Track record of engaging with and influencing C-suite or plant-level management.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Japanese language skills.
