## Description

The Dining Facility Attendant supports the daily operations of the dining facility by assisting with food preparation, service, sanitation, equipment care, and resident participation activities. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive dining environment while modeling appropriate behavior and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and childcare regulations.

-   Maintains regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
-   Assists food service staff with preparation of meals according to established menus, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
-   Supports food service operations during meal service, including serving food and assisting with food line activities.
-   Performs routine and deep cleaning tasks, including dishwashing, sanitation of food service areas, proper waste segregation, and trash removal.
-   Assists with cleaning, care, and basic maintenance of kitchen and dining equipment.
-   Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
-   Contributes to a safe, orderly, and positive dining environment for residents, staff, and guests.

## Requirements

1.    Experience in quantity Food Service operations is preferred.

2.    Must be at least 18 years of age.

3.    Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license.

4.    Bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand/eye coordination, pushing/pulling, prolonged sitting/standing.
