The Cambiar Catalyst Fellowship is a yearlong learning experience which accelerates the most promising diverse talent into instructionally-focused senior school systems roles, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to work with their communities and enact transformational change. More than 100 individuals - the majority of whom are people of color and women - have completed this Fellowship since its inception in 2013. More than two-thirds were promoted to a higher position, including to Superintendent and CEO roles, within a year of completing the Fellowship.
The Fellowship is a hybrid model where two Learning Experiences will take place in person (costs for travel will be covered by the fellowship fees) and the remaining sessions will take place virtually. For more information, please visit https://catalyst.cambiareducation.org/.
