Candid is launching a new global employment platform that completely transforms the hiring process. By allowing companies and candidates to be honest and real, we provide each with valuable insights into the other, and help people to truly find their tribe.
Our team is digital product A-list, with world-class and deep digital product experience in online HR and is led by a founder with 20+ years of tech startup experience in globally scalable platforms. You’ll have the opportunity to be truly creative, solve complex issues, experiment and push the boundaries, while working with a super intelligent and genuinely lovely team who truly live the company values.
To top it off, we’re based in Byron Bay, our workspace has a separate, dedicated creche for our team’s families and its location is the closest on the path to the beach.
No, seriously it is.
