## Description

**About the Role:**

Join us at Capacity as a **Volunteer**!

Volunteering allows you to contribute your skills and passion while directly impacting the integration of refugees and migrants into the Swiss community. As a volunteer, you will work closely with the Capacity team members and/or other volunteers on projects, specific events or specific tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide support on specific projects/tasks
-   Provide support with specialist skills like Canva, Graphic Design, Photography, Data Management etc.
-   Assist in the planning and execution of events e.g. support logistics, registration processes

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Enthusiasm for social integration of people with migrant and/or refugee backgrounds and community support
-   Strong organisational skills e.g previous experience of working with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple priorities efficiently
-   Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of German is highly desired
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
-   Flexibility and openness for diverse tasks
-   Clear time commitment
