## Requirements

**About the Role**

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a major Policy Processing Platform Modernization initiative. You will lead project execution, coordinating business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery of a large-scale platform migration while maintaining quality and meeting key milestones.

**What You'll Do**

-   Manage projects end-to-end, from planning through implementation and post-launch support.
-   Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports.
-   Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
-   Track risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
-   Drive executive communications and project governance.
-   Support modernization and migration initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**

-   4+ years of Project Management experience.
-   Proven success leading large-scale technology, transformation, or migration projects.
-   Strong project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
-   Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Teams; Rally experience is a plus.
-   Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-   Fluent English.
-   Bachelor's degree.
-   Insurance industry experience is a plus, but candidates from any industry are welcome.
