### About the Role

We are looking for a **Product Owner** to support a new technology-focused initiative within our Contact Center environment. This role will serve as a key liaison between business teams, IT, external vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions with a strong emphasis on vendor management and AI-driven initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Coordinate efforts across business, IT, vendors, and external partners.
-   Manage relationships with technology vendors, including AI solution providers.
-   Drive project execution, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
-   Support integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.
-   Partner with stakeholders to implement innovative Contact Center solutions.
-   Provide visibility and communication across multiple initiatives.

### Qualifications

-   3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
-   Strong experience managing technology vendors and external partners.
-   Experience working cross-functionally with business and IT teams.
-   Exposure to AI technologies or AI-enabled solutions.
-   Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Experience supporting software, platform, or technology implementations.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Contact Center or Customer Experience environment experience.
-   Experience with AI vendors and emerging technologies.
-   Platform integration experience.
-   Exposure to Amazon, Google, or similar technology ecosystems.

### Ideal Candidate

A highly organized Product Owner with a proven track record of managing vendors, driving technology initiatives, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has experience implementing new solutions, and brings a strong interest in AI and digital transformation.
