**Position:** Customer Care Representative  

**Location:** On-site (Aguascalientes) | Prol. Gral. Ignacio Zaragoza #4200, Trojes de Alonso

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday | Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

### **Key Responsibilities**

💼 **What You’ll Do** 

As a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll: 

-   Respond to inquiries related to insurance policies and coverage 
-   Resolve moderately complex issues with empathy and professionalism 
-   Interpret policy details and make informed decisions within defined authority limits 
-   Communicate across multiple platforms while navigating internal systems 
-   Document interactions and escalate unresolved cases when needed 
-   Collaborate with departments like Claims, Underwriting, and Policy Support 
-   Identify trends and suggest process improvements 
-   Stay up to date on compliance, legal requirements, and product updates

## Requirements

**🎯 What We’re Looking For** 

-   High School Diploma or equivalent (required) 
-   Fluent English  
-   1–3 years of customer service experience  
-   Call Center experience highly desirable 
-   Strong computer skills and ability to work across systems 
-   Availability to work on-site, Monday to Friday only 

**Bonus Points For:** 

-   Experience in insurance or a related field
