**About the Role**

The **HR Program Manager – FBS** is a highly visible role at the center of Farmers Business Services' growth and international expansion journey. Reporting directly to the **Global Talent Strategy & FBS Director**, this position serves as the critical link between strategy and execution—transforming ambitious business and people objectives into structured programs, scalable processes, and measurable outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys bringing clarity to ambiguity, and excels at coordinating complex initiatives across multiple countries and functions. From supporting geographic expansion and workforce growth to improving employee integration and HR operations, the HR Program Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of FBS as it continues to scale globally.

### What You'll Do

-   Drive the execution of FBS strategic growth initiatives by managing project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
-   Coordinate cross-functional programs across HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure successful delivery of business priorities.
-   Partner with FBS and Farmers HR teams to improve operational processes, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness across multiple countries.
-   Monitor key workforce metrics and provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to support data-driven decision making.
-   Lead HR process improvement and change management initiatives, ensuring scalable solutions and sustainable outcomes.
-   Support onboarding, talent integration, and employee transition programs that help FBS employees successfully connect and grow within the broader Farmers organization.
-   Identify risks, remove obstacles, and proactively drive progress on high-priority programs and initiatives

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   4+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Program Management, Project Management, or a related function.
-   Proven ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
-   Experience supporting or coordinating international HR operations and multi-country workforce initiatives.
-   Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and progress tracking.
-   Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations, reports, and business documentation.
-   Self-directed and highly adaptable professional who can navigate changing priorities and evolving business needs.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Experience supporting Global Business Services (GBS), shared services, or international business operations.
-   Bachelor's degree.
-   Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar systems.
-   Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
