### The Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager who is exceptional at finding, closing, and retaining great people — and who can build the systems and team to do it at scale. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will own our recruiting engine across the EU, USA, and Latam, lead a growing team of recruiters, and be the person our business depends on to hire well and fast.

You will also own the people infrastructure that keeps those hires: onboarding, retention, performance frameworks, and the HR foundation that a fast-growing company needs. You report directly to the CEO/COO, with the mandate to build the function properly — from the ground up.

**What You Will Own:**

**Recruitment leadership 40%**

-   Own end-to-end recruitment strategy across the EU, USA, and Latam
-   Lead and develop a team of mid and senior recruiters
-   Maintain time-to-fill targets of ≤ 30 days
-   Serve as the final decision-maker on culture-fit assessments and senior-level hires
-   Continuously improve sourcing channels, hiring funnels, and recruitment tooling

 **People operations & retention 30%**

-   Identify and address the root causes of turnover with data-driven retention strategies
-   Build a structured onboarding experience from offer acceptance through Day 90
-   Strengthen alignment and engagement across office and remote teams

**HR architecture & policy 15%**

-   Build the company's HR foundation: Employee Handbook, policies, and SOPs
-   Design and implement performance management systems — KPIs, 1:1 frameworks, review cycles, and improvement plans
-   Create clear accountability structures with transparent expectations and escalation paths

**Compliance & HR governance 15%**

-   Ensure full compliance with Serbian labor law for locally employed staff
-   Oversee contractor and B2B agreements for international team members
-   Maintain relevant partnerships to manage legal and operational risk

## Requirements

**What We're Looking For**

### Must-Haves

-   5+ years in HR with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
-   Proven international recruitment experience — personally closing roles across multiple markets, not just managing a team that does
-   Hands-on track record of building HR processes from scratch (not just improving existing ones)
-   Experience owning tough people decisions: PIPs, terminations, senior stakeholder pushback
-   Fluent English, C1 or above — comfortable running senior interviews, negotiations, and difficult conversations entirely in English
-   Relevant Bachelor's degree (HR, Psychology, Business, or similar)
-   Ability to work on-site in Belgrade

### Nice to Have

-   Spanish language skills (strong advantage)
-   Employer branding experience or certification
-   Process optimization background
-   Employee lifecycle management across multi-country teams
