## Description

**B2B Sales Development Representative** (SDR) focuses on outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Their primary goal is to research ideal targets, initiate contact, and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives to close. This role forms the foundational top of the sales pipeline.

**Core Responsibilities**

-   **Outbound Prospecting:** Build targeted lead lists and execute multi-channel outreach via cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn.

-   **Lead Qualification:** Assess inbound and outbound leads using standard frameworks to determine the prospect's needs, budget, authority, and timeline.

-   **Meeting Scheduling:** Conduct initial discovery calls to spark interest, answer basic product questions, and book demos for Account Executives.

-   **Pipeline Management:** Log all outreach activities, call notes, and prospect interactions into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

-   **Collaboration:** Partner with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging, share market feedback, and optimize campaign effectiveness.

## Requirements

**Key Requirements**

·         **Excellent English communication skills — C1 – Native (written and spoken)**

-   **Experience:** 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales development account management, or a similar quota-driven environment.
-   **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication to articulate a compelling value proposition.
-   **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with CRM platforms, virtual meeting tools, and data analysis software, experience using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms.
-    **Active Listening:** The ability to quickly understand a prospect's business pain points and ask qualifying questions
