The Learning Experience® (TLE®) at Long Island City* is more than just a child care center. We are an Academy of Early Education for children ages six weeks to five years old. From top to bottom, our safe and secure center is purpose-built for children to learn, play and grow!

TLE® prepares children academically and socially via innovative scholastic and enrichment programs such as L.E.A.P® (Learning Experience Academic Program®) curriculum, a cutting-edge proprietary approach to learning which has more than 90% of TLE® preschool graduates reading by kindergarten. The program focuses on academic, social, creative and child-centered development to provide a well-rounded experience and ensure children become confident, happy and fully prepared students. To complement the academic portion, various enrichment programs crucial to advancing learning and overall balance will be implemented, such as philanthropy, yoga, music, physical fitness, manners and etiquette and foreign language.
We are searching for fun, enthusiastic and hard-working candidates to join our Long Island City* center. If you are looking for a career and not just a job, TLE® is the company for you. Once you have joined our team, you will benefit from an extensive training program and a salary and benefits package that is competitive within the industry.
