**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Partnerships Manager to build, grow, and optimize high-impact partnerships that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and long-term revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development, marketing, and product — identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and nurturing relationships that expand the company’s ecosystem.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to unlock new distribution channels, co-marketing opportunities, and integrations that directly accelerate company growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities (agencies, platforms, SaaS providers, affiliates, influencers, and enterprise accounts).
-   Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, managing outreach, negotiations, and deal execution.
-   Structure, negotiate, and close partnership agreements that drive measurable growth (customer acquisition, revenue, or retention).
-   Develop joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing campaigns with partners.
-   Work with product and development teams to support partner integrations and ensure smooth technical implementation.
-   Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
-   Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and expand networks.

## Requirements

-   4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in SaaS or growth-stage tech companies.
-   Proven success in building and scaling partnerships that generate tangible business impact.
-   Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
-   Ability to think strategically while executing tactically to deliver results.
-   Familiarity with marketing technology, SaaS ecosystems, and B2B growth strategies.
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have

-   Experience in affiliate, channel, or platform partnerships.
-   Existing network in the SaaS / martech ecosystem.
-   Exposure to global markets and distributed teams.
