### **Key Responsibilities**

### **Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**

-   Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
-   Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and implement effective hiring strategies.
-   Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
-   Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely hiring outcomes.

### **HR Compliance & Risk Management**

-   Ensure all HR policies, practices, and processes comply with local labor laws and company standards.
-   Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
-   Conduct regular HR audits to identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement.
-   Advise management on compliance matters and support policy updates.

### **HR Systems & Technology**

-   Own and manage HRIS and ATS platforms, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
-   Optimize digital HR workflows such as employee self-service, time tracking, and performance management systems.
-   Oversee system data accuracy and reporting.
-   Provide guidance and training to employees and managers on HR tools.

### **General HR Management**

-   Lead employee relations, engagement initiatives, and internal HR communications.
-   Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
-   Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, handling HR inquiries and escalations.
-   Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution when needed.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   5+ years of progressive experience in HR, with experience in an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
-   Strong background in recruitment, HR operations, and labor law compliance.
-   Hands-on experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, onboarding/offboarding platforms).
-   Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
-   High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.

### **Preferred Skills**

-   Experience conducting HR compliance audits and reporting.
-   Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
-   Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing organization.
