**The Role**

As an Account Manager at Catalyst Partners, you will serve as both a relationship manager and business development partner for assigned clients. You’ll manage accounts end-to-end, ensuring operational excellence while also identifying growth opportunities that increase revenue and strengthen partnerships.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a bootstrapped, resource-conscious environment, yet can confidently handle multi-million-dollar accounts and revenue growth initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage a portfolio of client accounts generating up to $6M in annual revenue, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and growth.
-   Act as the primary point of contact for clients — managing onboarding, ongoing communication, and execution of deliverables.
-   Coordinate across internal teams (finance, ops, marketing, investments) to deliver solutions aligned with client goals.
-   Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, providing strategic guidance where needed.
-   Partner with leadership on business development initiatives — sourcing new opportunities, pitching services, and expanding existing accounts.
-   Track KPIs, prepare account performance reports, and present insights to clients and leadership.
-   Work in a lean, agile way — balancing hands-on execution with high-level client strategy.

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   4–6+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client success, ideally in consulting, finance, or growth-stage companies.
-   Proven ability to manage accounts at the $5–10M revenue scale, including reporting, forecasting, and growth strategy.
-   Demonstrated success in business development — identifying opportunities, pitching, and closing.
-   Strong communication skills, with experience managing executive-level client relationships.
-   Highly organized, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in a bootstrapped, lean-resource environment.
-   Analytical skills to track performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
