## Description

Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven E-commerce Sales & Product Manager to oversee our Off-Price accounts and select grocery + retail ecommerce accounts. This role will be instrumental in driving sales, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new sales opportunities to accelerate growth in our hair accessories product line.

  
**Responsibilities:**

-   **Sales Growth & Account Management:** Lead and manage relationships with Grocery, Pharmacy distributors, and Off-Price retailers, ensuring a seamless experience that drives both revenue and long-term partnerships. Proactively identify and seize new sales opportunities to expand our market presence.
-   **Client Satisfaction & Retention:** Develop strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, handling feedback and resolving issues promptly to maintain strong, ongoing relationships and increase repeat business.
-   **Market Research & Trend Analysis:** Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting thorough research on consumer needs, emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor strategies. Use these insights to enhance our product offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
-   **Product Strategy & Roadmap Development:** Collaborate with internal teams to gather input on product features, functionality, and technology requirements. Create and manage a strategic product roadmap that aligns with sales goals, ensuring a continuous flow of new and innovative products.

## Requirements

-   C1 English Level
-   4+ years’ experience in e-commerce sales, account management, or product management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
-   Strong knowledge of the hair accessories market, including emerging trends and competitive landscape, **desirable but not essential.**
-   Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
-   Data-driven approach to decision-making with a focus on driving sales, growth and customer satisfaction.
