**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a part-time Operations Coordinator to keep projects running smoothly across teams. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You’ll support day-to-day operations, streamline workflows, and make sure the right details don’t slip through the cracks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Oversee scheduling, task tracking, and workflow alignment across teams.
-   Maintain documentation, SOPs, and project status updates.
-   Coordinate between strategy, creative, and data teams to ensure deadlines are met.
-   Support vendor and contractor onboarding, invoicing, and communication.
-   Flag bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and support leadership in operational decision-making.
-   Provide weekly operational reports on progress, resource allocation, and upcoming needs.

## Requirements

-   2+ years of operations, project management, or administrative coordination experience.
-   Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-   Comfortable with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar).
-   Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication.
-   Able to work independently in a remote setup with limited supervision.
