**Position:** Amazon Listing & Flat File Expert  
**Job Type:** Full-Time - 100% remote  
**Working hours:** US Timezone (EST, 9am - 5pm)

**About the Role:**

We’re looking for an Amazon expert to own catalog accuracy and fix complex listing issues. This role is all about flat files, troubleshooting, and making sure everything on Amazon runs smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities:**

● Create and update listings using flat files (bulk uploads, parent/child variations, A+ content)

● Resolve suppressed, stranded, or miscategorized listings

● Manage backend attributes and ensure listing accuracy across marketplaces

● Communicate with Amazon support and escalate issues as needed

● Monitor listings for errors, hijackers, or policy violations

**Requirements:**

● 3+ years managing Amazon listings in Seller Central

● Expert in flat files and troubleshooting catalog issues

● Strong Excel and attention to detail

● Proven success getting listings fixed fast
