### Scope of the Role

The HR Specialist will support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations across a global remote workforce. This role is hands-on and operational, focused on people processes, compliance, documentation, and day-to-day employee support. You will partner closely with leadership to maintain a strong people foundation while the company continues to scale.

### Duties and Responsibilities:

-   Manage end-to-end HR operations for a fully remote, international team
-   Own onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience
-   Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
-   Support payroll coordination and contractor compliance across multiple regions
-   Act as a first point of contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and processes
-   Assist with performance review cycles and feedback processes
-   Support hiring operations in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers
-   Help define, document, and improve HR policies and internal processes
-   Ensure compliance with labour regulations for contractors and remote workers
-   Support company culture initiatives, engagement, and internal communications

## Requirements

### Requirements:

-   3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Specialist role
-   Strong experience supporting remote and international teams
-   Solid understanding of HR operations, contracts, and compliance for contractors
-   Experience working with HRIS tools and documentation systems
-   High level of organisation and attention to detail
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
-   Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
-   Comfortable partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams
-   Experience in tech, SaaS, or e-commerce environments is a strong plus
