About the role**  
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, creative, and driven Ad Copywriter to craft scroll-stopping ad copy and scripts that actually convert. If you live and breathe digital storytelling, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited to learn and grow—this role is for you.

You’ll be responsible for developing high-performing ad creative for platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, while also contributing to creative strategy, messaging frameworks, and campaign ideation.  

**What You’ll Do**

-   Write clear, compelling, and conversion-focused ad copy for Meta, TikTok, and other paid media channels
-   Create hooks, headlines, and short-form scripts that grab attention and drive results
-   Contribute to the overall creative strategy, helping brainstorm and concept ideas for performance ads
-   Collaborate with media buyers, designers, and video editors to bring ads to life
-   Analyze ad performance data to optimize copy and creative angles
-   Stay current on platform trends, consumer behavior, and competitor ads
-   Embrace feedback, test constantly, and refine quickly

## Requirements

-   2+ years of experience in direct-response or performance ad copywriting (ideally DTC or agency-side)
-   Proven ability to write ads that convert—especially on Meta and TikTok
-   Strong understanding of short-form storytelling, hooks, and the psychology behind buying decisions
-   Ability to develop ad scripts for video concepts (UGC-style, founder-led, influencer, etc.)
-   A growth mindset—you’re hungry to learn, take feedback well, and want to keep getting better
-   Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
-   Bonus: Experience A/B testing creative, writing landing pages, or assisting in creative direction
