## Description

**Position:** TikTok Shop Specialist

**Location:** (Remote, PST Hours)

**About the Role:**

We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Specialist to drive GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and optimize performance on our TikTok Shop. You’ll play a key role in managing product listings, analyzing performance, and building automation workflows—while staying on top of trends that convert. Experience in the supplement space is a major plus.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage and optimize product listings and storefronts within TikTok Shop
-   Launch and monitor promotional campaigns and live shopping events
-   Analyze sales performance and work toward maximizing GMV
-   Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, inventory, and content strategy
-   Build automation workflows using n8n to streamline operations
-   Conduct competitive research and trend analysis
-   Troubleshoot any platform-related issues and ensure smooth operation
-   Attend team meetings every Thursday, 10AM–5PM PST

## Requirements

**What You Bring:**

-   1–2+ years of experience managing TikTok Shop (or similar e-commerce platforms)
-   Understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and creator/shopper behavior
-   Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
-   Bonus: experience in the supplement industry
-   Familiarity with automation tools, especially n8n, is a strong advantage
-   Ability to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST)
