**The Role**  
We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-obsessed **Graphic Designer** to bring our vision to life. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the brand’s visual identity across digital, print, and physical touchpoints. If you thrive in a fast-paced team, have a sharp eye for design, and love turning concepts into scroll-stopping visuals—this role is for you.

**What You'll Do**

-   Design digital assets for marketing campaigns (social ads, emails, banners, landing pages, etc.)
-   Create brand-consistent visuals for packaging, influencer kits, in-store displays, events, and more
-   Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, and Ecom teams on launches and promotions
-   Work with the video team to concept and storyboard motion content
-   Deliver print-ready files for packaging, retail displays, and other physical collateral
-   Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for cohesive storytelling
-   Contribute to brainstorms, moodboards, and campaign-level art direction
-   Implement feedback efficiently and accurately

## Requirements

**What You Bring**

-   3+ years of design experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
-   Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
-   Strong portfolio of social-first content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
-   Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design for conversion
-   Collaborative, communicative, and comfortable with tight deadlines
-   💥 Bonus: Experience in packaging design, motion graphics, or product photography
