## Description

We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand redefining wellness through high-performance, beautifully designed products in the fitness and hydration space. With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Marketing Assistant / Project Manager** to support and streamline our marketing operations.

This role is perfect for someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and excited to work in a dynamic, remote environment. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing lead to ensure all initiatives—from email campaigns to product listings—are executed efficiently and on time.

### **Key Responsibilities**

**Project Management**

-   Own and maintain all marketing tasks and timelines in Asana (or similar project management platforms)
-   Ensure deadlines are met and projects are tracked accurately
-   Coordinate across internal teams and vendors to maintain project momentum

**Platform Updates**

-   Support content updates for product listings and promotions on Shopify
-   Make listing updates and adjustments on Amazon Seller Central
-   Manage asset collection and communication between teams and contractors

**Marketing Support**

-   Assist the marketing lead with executing content strategies, social media calendars, and scheduling
-   Help draft, schedule, and analyze email campaigns via Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platform)
-   Create and proofread content with strong attention to grammar, tone, and brand consistency

## Requirements

### **Requirements**

-   2–3 years of experience in a marketing assistant or project coordinator role
-   Proficient in Asana or equivalent project management tools
-   Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Klaviyo (or similar ESP)
-   Native or near-native English fluency with excellent writing and editing skills
-   Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
-   Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced team environment

-   Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
-   Experience with eCommerce growth or retention strategies
-   Familiarity with influencer marketing or paid ads platforms
