We're looking for a **motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to join our team! This is a remote, full-time role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record in both **inbound and outbound sales**.

You’ll be responsible for engaging prospects, managing leads, and closing deals — playing a vital role in growing our customer base and driving revenue.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   **Outbound Prospecting:** Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
-   **Inbound Lead Handling:** Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
-   **Sales Conversations:** Speak with decision-makers to uncover needs and present tailored solutions.
-   **Lead Management:** Update and track all lead activity using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
-   **Follow-Up & Nurturing:** Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and guide leads toward a decision.
-   **Closing Deals:** Confidently handle objections and close small to mid-sized sales opportunities.
-   **Reporting:** Document outreach and provide regular performance updates.

## Requirements

-   Excellent **spoken and written English** communication.
-   **1–3 years** of experience in sales, SDR, or telemarketing roles.
-   Proven success in **converting leads** from outbound and inbound sources.
-   Strong understanding of **sales techniques**, **lead qualification**, and **objection handling**.
-   Proficiency in using **CRM platforms** like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
-   Highly **self-motivated**, organized, and results-focused.
-   Comfortable managing a **high volume of calls and emails** daily.
