**About the Role:**  
A leading brand in the health and wellness space is seeking an experienced **Director of Web & E-commerce** to drive our digital growth and optimize the online customer journey. This role will lead e-commerce strategy, website performance, and customer experience with a strong focus on wellness-driven storytelling and conversion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and execute a high-impact e-commerce strategy tailored to the health and wellness market.
-   Lead website operations, UX/UI improvements, and technical performance to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
-   Monitor and analyze web analytics, user behavior, and sales data to implement data-driven improvements.
-   Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to launch digital campaigns that align with our wellness mission and product launches.
-   Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations including product listings, inventory, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   5+ years in a senior web or e-commerce leadership role, preferably in the health, wellness, or consumer goods space.
-   Expertise in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and heatmapping software.
-   Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the wellness space, including lifecycle marketing, SEO, and CRO.
-   Proven success in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement through digital channels.
-   Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
