We’re a fast-scaling beauty brand with a cult following and a simple mandate—turn every click into a customer and every customer into a fan. Our Shopify storefront already converts above industry average, but we’ve barely scratched the surface on structured testing or funnel innovation.

That’s where you come in.

**What Success Looks Like**

-   **30 Days**: Audit our full journey (ads → pre-lander → PDP → checkout), deliver a CRO roadmap, and launch your first A/B test.
-   **90 Days**: Run 3–5 experiments per week, PageFly pre-landers outperform our control by double digits, and weekly dashboards show measurable gains in CVR, AOV, and RPS.

**Your Day-to-Day**

-   Design, build, and optimize full-funnel experiences—pre-landers, landing pages, PDPs, cart, and checkout—primarily in Shopify and PageFly.
-   Launch and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
-   Dive deep into GA4, Shopify analytics, Hotjar/Clarity, and session recordings to uncover insights and prioritize tests.
-   Use AI tools to generate HTML/JS snippets for quick builds—know when to DIY vs. loop in devs.
-   Write and optimize copy: headlines, product positioning, and micro-copy that drives conversions.
-   Own weekly KPI reporting and turn learnings into testable hypotheses.
-   Build a CRO playbook—turn your wins (and fails) into scalable SOPs.

## Requirements

**Must-Have Experience**

-   3+ years of CRO experience with DTC or marketplace brands (beauty/wellness a big plus).
-   Deep Shopify knowledge including theme editing, Liquid, metafields, and apps.
-   PageFly (or similar builder) mastery—able to wireframe, build, QA, and push live.
-   Demonstrated ability to boost CVR/AOV (bonus for before/after stats).
-   Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS for speed and autonomy.
-   Proficient with analytics tools like GA4, Looker, and ideally SQL basics.
-   Clear, punchy communicator who can sell test ideas and kill weak ones with no ego.

**Nice-to-Haves**

-   Experience scaling subscription or replenishment funnels.
-   Familiarity with Klaviyo, Postscript, or other post-purchase upsell tools.
-   Comfort with AI content/code tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.).
-   Understanding of affiliate or influencer funnel reskinning.
