### Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on **TikTok Shop Specialist** to take full ownership of TikTok Shop as a revenue channel. This role focuses on **flash sales execution, catalog management, and operational excellence**, ensuring products are live, priced correctly, merchandised effectively, and promoted to maximize GMV.

This is an **execution-first role** (~70–80% hands-on) with full ownership of results—not just tasks.

### Core Responsibilities

**TikTok Shop Channel Ownership**

-   Manage day-to-day operations: catalog health, promotions, flash sales, and revenue performance.
-   Act as the primary point of contact for TikTok Shop execution, troubleshooting, and optimization.
-   Ensure the channel is always compliant, revenue-ready, and performing.

**Flash Sales & Promotions**

-   Plan, launch, monitor, and reset flash sales on a 2-day cadence, testing higher-frequency cycles.
-   Optimize discounts, inventory, timing, and offers to maximize algorithmic lift and GMV.
-   Identify winning flash sale patterns and scale them systematically.
-   Coordinate with product and inventory teams to align promotions with supply.

**Catalog, Scraping & Validation**

-   Manage 24/7 product scraping, validation, and monitoring.
-   Ensure all SKUs are accurate, compliant, approved, active, and buyable.
-   Identify and resolve broken listings, suppressed/rejected SKUs, and pricing or inventory mismatches.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**

-   Partner with product and drop decision-makers to select SKUs and time launches.
-   Work with data-entry and approval teams to ensure proper tracking and submission.
-   Collaborate with marketing/creative teams on merchandising, offer framing, and TikTok-native promotions.

**Performance Tracking & Optimization**

-   Monitor key TikTok Shop KPIs: GMV, conversion rate, AOV, flash sale performance, and SKU-level contribution.
-   Use data to recommend pricing, bundles, campaign cadence, and catalog prioritization.
-   Build dashboards or reporting views to track channel health and trends.

**Testing & Growth**

-   Continuously test bundles, price points, discounts, and campaign structures.
-   Stay updated on TikTok Shop features, policies, and trends, and apply learnings proactively.
