**Job Overview**

We’re helping our client, a leading modern travel brand redefining the luggage and travel essentials space, find a **Paid Social Manager** to join their growth marketing team. In this role, you will **own the strategy, management, and execution of all paid social channels**, driving full-funnel customer acquisition and supporting the brand’s omni-channel growth goals.

This position reports directly to the **Sr. Director of Acquisition Marketing** and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, and innovative environment.

**Responsibilities**

**Paid Social Strategy & Execution**

-   Own the strategy, execution, forecasting, and performance management of all paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and emerging platforms).
-   Manage multi-million-dollar ad budgets with daily/weekly pacing oversight.

**Analytics, Measurement & Reporting**

-   Ensure accurate tracking, measurement, attribution, and ROI reporting across all paid social campaigns.
-   Fully leverage analytics and Martech tools to support performance visibility.

**Creative Strategy & Testing**

-   Lead paid social creative strategy in partnership with Brand and Creative teams.
-   Build and maintain a robust creative testing roadmap balancing brand storytelling and channel best practices.

**Influencer & Content Partnerships**

-   Act as a key stakeholder in the influencer strategy, overseeing paid influencer content roadmap, execution, and performance tracking.

**Conversion Journey & Funnel Optimization**

-   Own the customer journey from ad to landing page.
-   Partner with the eCommerce team to improve onsite experience and conversion performance.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership**

-   Manage external partners, agencies, and tools supporting daily operations.
-   Drive experimentation across all social channels to unlock new growth opportunities.
-   Serve as the internal subject-matter expert for paid social, staying ahead of platform changes and industry trends.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 5 years of hands-on paid social experience in a data-driven, high-growth environment.
-   Experience with an omni-channel retailer with DTC roots is strongly preferred, but not required.

-   Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar annual budgets while meeting rigorous performance targets.

-   Experience running and overseeing a Paid Social program in-house.
-   Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with the ability to proactively manage multiple workstreams.
-   Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills with a technical mindset; advanced proficiency in Excel, Web Analytics tools (GA, Amplitude), and dashboarding platforms (Looker, Tableau) is required.
-   Early adopter of new technology with a desire to challenge and improve traditional ways of working using AI tools.
-   Strong leadership and collaboration skills, demonstrating initiative and self-direction.
