**Job Title:** Website Designer & HubSpot Developer

**Job Overview:**  
We are seeking a highly skilled Website Designer & HubSpot Developer to lead a full website redesign and build for Image Solutions. This is a project-based role requiring end-to-end ownership - from initial creative direction through to full implementation in HubSpot CMS.

The ideal candidate will be able to quickly understand the business, translate brand and marketing goals into a modern, retail-inspired digital experience, and execute a high-quality build that is scalable and easy for internal teams to manage.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Review the current website and brand materials to understand business positioning, services, and target audience
-   Develop 3 distinct homepage design concepts (desktop and mobile), each with a clear creative direction
-   Define overall look and feel including typography, color usage, imagery style, and layout systems
-   Recommend intuitive navigation structure and user flows to improve usability and engagement
-   Provide design direction for key interior pages (e.g., product, about, capabilities)
-   Build the approved design within HubSpot CMS
-   Create reusable templates and modules to enable easy internal updates
-   Implement core site pages, navigation, and content structure
-   Ensure strong mobile responsiveness, performance, and usability across devices
-   Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on content, feedback, and refinements
-   Own the project from concept through to final delivery

## Requirements

**Must-Have:**

-   Proven experience designing modern, high-quality websites (B2B and/or retail-inspired)
-   Strong hands-on experience building and launching websites in HubSpot CMS
-   Ability to own full project lifecycle (design → build → launch)
-   Portfolio showcasing clean, image-forward, and conversion-focused websites
-   Experience creating scalable templates and modules within HubSpot
-   Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, navigation, and user flow
-   Ability to work quickly, manage timelines, and communicate clearly in a remote environment  
    

**Nice-to-Have:**

-   Experience working on brand-led or storytelling-focused websites
-   Familiarity with conversion optimization and customer acquisition strategies
-   Previous experience collaborating with internal marketing or brand teams
-   Experience working on similar project-based or fast-paced website redesigns
