### **About the Role**

We are seeking a results-driven **Paid Acquisition Manager** to lead and scale our paid media strategy across multiple performance channels, including **Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube**, and emerging platforms.

This role blends **analytical precision** with **creative testing expertise** to drive efficient customer acquisition and measurable revenue growth. You will fully own the **strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting** of paid performance campaigns, ensuring every dollar spent contributes directly to business outcomes.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and manage **full-funnel paid media strategies** across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other paid channels.
-   Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to meet **CPA, ROAS, LTV, and acquisition targets**.
-   Analyze performance data to uncover insights, drive structured testing (ad copy, creatives, audiences), and scale winning initiatives.
-   Collaborate closely with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets and messaging aligned with brand positioning.
-   Monitor **budget pacing and platform performance**, reallocating spend in real time to maximize efficiency and ROI.
-   Implement rigorous **A/B testing frameworks** across targeting, bidding, creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
-   Stay ahead of **algorithm shifts, platform updates, and channel trends**, adopting best practices across ad networks.
-   Provide recurring reporting to leadership, summarizing results, learnings, and recommendations.
-   Evaluate and help onboard new paid channels, platforms, or technologies that expand customer acquisition potential.

## Requirements

### **Requirements**

-   **5+ years** of experience in performance marketing / paid acquisition.
-   Proven track record scaling multi-channel paid media campaigns with strong ROI/ROAS.
-   Deep expertise in **Meta Ads Manager** and **Google Ads** (Search, Display, YouTube).
-   Working knowledge of **TikTok Ads**, **Snapchat Ads**, and emerging platforms is a strong plus.
-   Strong analytical mindset: attribution, funnel analysis, and performance interpretation.
-   Proficiency in **Google Analytics**, **Looker Studio**, or similar reporting tools.
-   Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and data stakeholders.
-   Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.

### **Nice-to-Haves**

-   Prior experience in **eCommerce / DTC / subscription** business models.
-   Experience with multi-touch attribution tools, media mix testing, or incrementality testing.
-   Strong creative iteration frameworks for performance ads.
