### **Job Overview**

The **Email & SMS Coordinator** is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of **international email and SMS marketing campaigns**. This role manages campaign budgets, ensures compliance, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with broader business goals.

The coordinator also supports **US & INTL flow updates**, campaign testing, and special projects during sale periods. Additionally, they contribute to initiatives designed to improve the overall effectiveness of the company's retention marketing channels.

### **Duties and Responsibilities**

1.  **INTL SMS Campaign Management** – Oversee the full SMS campaign lifecycle, including planning, copywriting, segmentation, testing, and optimization.
2.  **INTL Campaign Scheduling** – Schedule and adjust SMS campaigns to optimize reach, timing, and engagement.
3.  **INTL Budget Management** – Manage SMS campaign budgets to ensure cost efficiency and performance alignment.
4.  **INTL Campaign Planning & Execution:**

-   Provide direction for email and SMS campaigns in line with GTM (Go-To-Market) plans.
-   Analyze performance data; perform A/B testing and audience segmentation.
-   Manage subscriber lists to support personalization and engagement goals.
-   Track KPIs including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue per recipient.

7.  **GTM & EVG Flow Management** – Oversee flow updates, tests, and optimizations based on campaign and performance insights.
8.  **Channel Projects** – Lead or contribute to projects aimed at improving channel performance and scalability.
9.  **Cross-Department Collaboration** – Partner with eCommerce, Creative, and CX teams to align retention marketing efforts with company objectives.
10.  **Compliance Monitoring** – Ensure all campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and related data privacy regulations.
11.  **Reporting & Vendor Management** – Support reporting, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate legal or compliance requests.
12.  **Team Communication & Delegation** – Provide clear instructions and feedback to enhance team efficiency and campaign delivery.

### **Key Projects & Initiatives**

-   Enhance **INTL email & SMS campaign efficiency** through testing and process improvements.
-   Streamline **campaign management workflows** to increase operational speed and consistency.
-   Execute **US & INTL flow updates** for GTM and EVG tasks, including optimizing subject lines, preview text, URLs, and content during sale campaigns.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications & Experience**

1.  **Email & SMS Campaign Management** – Proven experience managing campaigns or flows in a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) environment.
2.  **E-commerce Background** – 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce with understanding of relevant KPIs and performance metrics.
3.  **Strong Communication Skills** – Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
4.  **Goal-Oriented Mindset** – Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
5.  **Platform Proficiency** – Advanced skills in **email and SMS tools** (Klaviyo and Postscript preferred).

### **Technical Skills**

-   Proficiency in **Notion** for project management and collaboration.
-   Experience with **Slack** for internal communication and coordination.
-   Strong command of **GSuite** (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
-   Familiarity with **Loom** for screen recordings and team communication.
-   Advanced use of marketing tools such as **Sendlane, Klaviyo, Postscript, Amped, and Shopify**.
-   Strong understanding of **email/SMS KPIs**, segmentation, and performance analysis.
