**Role Overview:**

We’re looking for a results-driven **Area Sales Representative** to manage and grow our presence across key territories in Guatemala or Mexico City. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B or field sales experience, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing accounts, and representing the brand at client-facing events and trade shows.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
-   Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high service levels and satisfaction.
-   Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, providing regular performance updates to the leadership team.
-   Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
-   Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
-   Represent the company professionally at trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in B2B or field sales, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, consumer goods, or a related industry.
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-   Self-motivated and able to manage a regional sales pipeline independently.
-   Comfortable with frequent travel and on-the-ground customer interaction.
-   Valid driver’s license required.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is a plus.
