### **Scope of the Role**

As a **Junior Web Developer**, you will specialize in **Shopify theme development and customization**. You’ll collaborate closely with designers and developers to bring e-commerce designs to life, ensuring exceptional functionality, performance, and user experience. This position is perfect for someone looking to expand their Shopify expertise and grow within a dynamic and supportive technical team.

### **Duties and Responsibilities:**

-   Develop, maintain, and customize **Shopify themes** using the **Liquid templating language**.
-   Build and maintain **reusable Liquid components** for scalability and consistency.
-   Implement **responsive, mobile-first designs** that adapt across devices.
-   Collaborate with designers to transform mockups into **pixel-perfect, interactive themes**.
-   Optimize websites for **speed, performance, and accessibility**.
-   Integrate **third-party apps and APIs** into existing Shopify stores.
-   Troubleshoot and debug **theme-related issues** efficiently.
-   Participate in **code reviews** and maintain best coding practices.
-   Stay up to date with **Shopify platform updates**, tools, and ecosystem developments.

## Requirements

**Years of Experience:**

-   1–3 years of professional web development experience.

**Background:**

-   Proven experience developing or customizing **Shopify themes**.
