**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Creator + UGC Performance Manager** — someone who lives and breathes creator-led content and understands how to tie that content directly to performance outcomes. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own creator sourcing, outreach, brief development, and content planning with a performance mindset. You’ll work closely with paid media, social, and product teams to scale content that not only looks great but also converts.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Lead Creator Strategy & Briefing**

-   Create thoughtful, conversion-driven UGC briefs that connect product benefits to real user needs
-   Define deliverables, formats, hooks, and storytelling angles that align with performance goals

**Source & Vet Creators**

-   Identify and qualify relevant creators who fit the brand voice and target audience
-   Build a pipeline of talent that scales with campaign needs

**Own Outreach & Contracts**

-   Manage creator outreach and recruitment
-   Handle contracts, deliverable agreements, usage rights, and compensation
-   Negotiate with creators to get the best quality content for performance budgets

**Align Content to Performance**

-   Work closely with paid media partners to ensure creative aligns with conversion metrics
-   Use performance data to inform future briefs and creator selection
-   Balance creative quality with cost efficiency

**Deliverables You’ll Produce**

-   Creator lists with profiles and links
-   Clear budget allocation plans tied to expected outcomes
-   Content plans that tie creative approach back to product benefits and audience needs

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For**

**Experience & Skills**

-   Proven experience sourcing, managing, and executing creator-driven content (UGC)
-   Strong creative instincts — you _get_ what works on _TikTok_, _Meta_, and emerging platforms
-   History of working with creators in a performance-focused context
-   Comfortable writing clear content briefs and performance expectations
-   Experience negotiating deliverables and usage rights
-   Knowledge of performance metrics and how they influence creative decisions
