# Warehouse Assistant

## Description

·         Receiving, checking and storing incoming physical goods against purchase orders and delivery orders

·         To support daily collection/ issuing of items to respective work owners

·         Operate a computer proficiently to execute SAP transactions for material management.

·         Update GI/GR in SAP system

·         Support cycle counting and stock-take activities

·         Sorting, labelling and storing products in designated locations

·         Stock shelves, organize inventory, as needed.

·         Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.

·         Updating inventory records using warehouse management systems

·         Maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse and compliance with safety regulations.

·         Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift) safely and follow up forklift maintenance.

·         Perform any Ad-hoc duties assign by the supervisor

## Requirements

·         2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in warehouse environment

·         Attention to details and commitment to safety

·         Experienced with SAP entry

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and computer data entry skills

·         Strong teamwork and communication skills

·         Preferably holding forklift license and experience in operating forklift

·         Possess NITEC/ GCE ‘O” Level or ITE or Diploma in Logistics/Warehouse qualifications with at least 2 years relevant in warehousing environment
