### Role Overview

We are seeking an analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Analyst and Systems Support Specialist to partner directly with our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this contractor role, you will step into an established environment. This is not a "start from scratch" initiative, but an opportunity to develop ongoing analytics and operational workflows directly from the CEO, elevating and refining our current processes to the next level. You will bring clarity to our organizational metrics, optimize existing systems and workflows, and translate complex data into actionable leadership reporting.

Your work will directly strengthen the infrastructure that allows our veterinarians and care coordinators to focus on what matters most: serving families with excellence and empathy.

### Core Responsibilities

-   **Executive Decision Support:** Partner closely with the CEO to develop regular executive reporting, track core organizational KPIs, and evaluate business health.
-   **Data Management & Reporting:** Clean, structure, and maintain internal datasets to establish reliable reporting across multiple areas.
-   **Dashboard Design & Visualization:** Build, maintain, and refine intuitive dashboards in Tableau to track operational volume, capacity, client journey metrics, and trends.
-   **Web & Funnel Analytics:** Leverage Google Analytics to analyze web traffic, evaluate conversion funnels, and identify opportunities to improve client access to care.
-   **Systems & Workflow Optimization:** Review administrative and operational workflows to identify bottlenecks, automate manual processes, and recommend modern tool integrations.

## Requirements

-   Candidate **must** live along the Front Range and participate in monthly **in-person** strategic meetings at our Berthoud office.
-   Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar quantitative support role.
-   Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, data management, and KPIs
-   Proven ability to assess day-to-day administrative processes to design smoother, automated workflows.
-   Strong self-direction, high integrity, and the ability to articulate complex quantitative findings in clear, actionable business terms.

## Benefits

Compensation range - $30.00 - $50.00 per hour based on experience and productivity
