**The Role**

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor - Fixed Plant, you will play a key role in maintaining the reliability of the processing plant by carrying out preventative, planned and breakdown maintenance on fixed plant equipment. Working as part of a collaborative maintenance team, you will contribute to safe and efficient operations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance on fixed plant equipment across the processing plant and site infrastructure
-   Diagnose faults and perform repairs on mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime
-   Complete inspections, condition monitoring and asset reporting to support safe and efficient plant performance
-   Assist with shutdowns and major repair activities while ensuring compliance with site safety procedures and statutory requirements
-   Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment performance and maintenance practices

## Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

-   Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting and Machining
-   Demonstrated experience maintaining and repairing fixed plant equipment within a mining, processing, industrial or heavy industry environment
-   Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and maintenance experience across mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
-   Current WA "C" Class Driver's Licence
-   High Risk Work Licences including Forklift, Basic Rigging and Franna operation (highly advantageous)
-   Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices, inspection techniques and preventative maintenance activities
