Looking for an excellent communicator to join our Customer Success team who has a temperament and heart for helping people.

Applicant should have a strong grasp of basic web functionality including but not limited to web browsers on desktop and mobile, mobile apps, and operating systems.

Be able to handle a broad range of questions such as but not limited to:

Basic technical issues

Basic feature questions

Understanding the process of online dating

General questions related to rules of the site

Technical troubleshooting

Pay is $18 - $21 per hour, DOE  
20 - 30 hours per week

Fully remote position

## Requirements

High School Diploma Required

Associates or Bachelor degree preferred

2+ years of customer service experience preferred

2+ years of technical experience preferred

Experience with Zendesk or other online ticketing system preferred
