## Description

Our client is a leading financial services group with banking, capital, and asset management businesses. This is an opportunity to join a high-impact environment where finance and strategy play a central role in shaping business performance and long-term direction.

As Manager/CFO, you will help drive the coordination of corporate strategy while providing leadership across the finance function. The role is positioned at the center of senior decision-making and calls for someone who can operate with credibility, sound judgment, and a strong sense of purpose in a complex financial services setting.

### Responsibilities

-   Coordinate corporate strategy across the group.
-   Lead the finance function in support of business performance and strategic priorities.
-   Engage confidently with executive and board-level stakeholders, as well as regulators and investors.

## Requirements

-   Outstanding first degree with a minimum of second class upper.
-   ACCA, ACA, and/or CFA certification.
-   Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and strategy roles, gained within a Big Four accounting firm, reputable financial services group, bank, or multinational organization.
-   Demonstrated experience engaging with executive and board-level stakeholders, as well as regulators and investors.
-   Eligibility to work in Nigeria.
