### Producer / Senior Producer (Experiential) – Freelance Contract

**Location:** Sydney, Australia (Hybrid)

**Contract:** Initial 8-week freelance contract (with potential to extend)

**Start:** ASAP

We're looking for an experienced **Producer or Senior Producer** to join a leading experiential agency on an exciting client account. This is a fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives on delivering high-quality brand experiences from concept through to execution.

### What you'll be doing

-   Leading the end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns and live events.
-   Managing timelines, budgets and project plans.
-   Coordinating suppliers, venues and production partners.
-   Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
-   Overseeing logistics and ensuring seamless project delivery.
-   Supporting on-site event execution where required.

### What we're looking for

-   Proven experience producing experiential, events or brand activation projects.
-   Agency experience is highly desirable.
-   Strong project management and organisational skills.
-   Excellent stakeholder and client management experience.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
-   Available to start immediately.
