CBC USA is seeking an energetic and people-focused **Human Resources Generalist** to support our growing manufacturing operation in Pryor, Oklahoma. This position will play an active role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate has practical HR or recruiting experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift as the organization grows. Experience supporting a manufacturing workforce, working in a staffing agency, or managing high-volume recruiting would be especially valuable.

**What You’ll Do**

### Recruiting and Candidate Experience

-   Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for hourly, technical, professional, and other assigned positions.
-   Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
-   Create and post job advertisements across job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels.
-   Review applications, identify qualified candidates, and conduct initial phone screens.
-   Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
-   Provide a welcoming, organized, and professional candidate experience.
-   Build relationships with staffing agencies, schools, workforce organizations, and community partners.
-   Participate in career fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment activities.
-   Support recruitment marketing and employer-branding initiatives.
-   Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
-   Track recruiting metrics, including applicant flow, time to fill, candidate sources, and hiring outcomes.

### Onboarding and HR Administration

-   Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and required new-hire documentation.
-   Prepare new-hire materials and coordinate employee orientation and onboarding.
-   Complete employment eligibility verification and maintain required records.
-   Enter and maintain accurate employee information in HR, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
-   Process employee status changes, including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and separations.
-   Maintain confidential personnel files and HR documentation in accordance with company requirements.
-   Assist employees with routine questions related to policies, payroll, timekeeping, attendance, benefits, and workplace procedures.
-   Support benefits enrollment, employee leave administration, and other HR programs.
-   Assist with employment verifications, unemployment claims, audits, and reporting requirements.
-   Prepare HR reports, correspondence, forms, and employee communications.
-   Maintain job descriptions, organizational charts, employee directories, and other workforce records.

### Employee Relations and General HR Support

-   Serve as an approachable first point of contact for routine employee questions and workplace concerns.
-   Help employees and supervisors understand company policies, procedures, and available resources.
-   Support HR leadership in addressing attendance, performance, conduct, and other employee relations matters.
-   Assist with gathering information, preparing documentation, and maintaining records related to employee concerns and investigations.
-   Track attendance and support consistent administration of the company’s attendance program.
-   Coordinate introductory-period and performance-review processes.
-   Support employee communications, engagement activities, recognition programs, and company events.
-   Coordinate employee training and maintain accurate training records.
-   Assist with employee separations, exit interviews, offboarding documentation, and recovery of company property.
-   Identify workplace trends and promptly elevate significant concerns to HR leadership.
-   Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information.
-   Promote a safe, respectful, and productive work environment.
-   Support additional HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For**

-   Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, management, communications, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
-   Two to five years of experience in human resources, recruiting, staffing, or a related people-focused role.
-   HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment is strongly preferred.
-   Staffing-agency or high-volume recruiting experience is a plus.
-   Working knowledge of general HR practices, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and employment documentation.
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-   Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, employees, supervisors, managers, and community partners.
-   Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and recordkeeping accuracy.
-   Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
-   Comfortable using applicant tracking, HR, payroll, timekeeping, and Microsoft Office systems.
-   Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR leadership and operational teams.
-   Positive, approachable, dependable, and willing to assist wherever needed.

**Work Environment**

This position primarily works in an office and manufacturing environment. As our facility and workforce grow, priorities may shift quickly, and flexibility will be important. Occasional travel to recruiting events, schools, community organizations, or other company locations may be required.
