## Description

CBH Homes is seeking a dedicated **HVAC Trim Installer** to join our **Icon Air** team. This role is focused on the final stage of HVAC installation, ensuring systems are properly finished, fully functional, and ready for homeowners.

You’ll work as part of a crew that values quality, efficiency, and teamwork, with a steady schedule and opportunities to grow within one of Idaho’s leading home builders.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Install HVAC registers, grills, and trim components with accuracy and attention to detail
-   Complete final hookups for furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, and related equipment
-   Work closely with the crew lead to meet production schedules and quality expectations
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Experience in HVAC trim installation or related field preferred.
-   Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-   Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work extended hours as needed.
-   Comfortable working in attics and on ladders.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-   Dependable team player with good communication skills.
