### **What You’ll Do:**

-   **Plan & Design:** Leverage your expertise to design and plan cabinetry, flooring, tile, and interior finishes for single-family and multi-family projects.
-   **Analyze & Takeoff:** Perform detailed blueprint analysis, complete accurate material takeoffs, and compile precise project estimates.
-   **Visualize & Execute:** Translate 2D plans into clear 3D spatial concepts, catching design and structural details before construction begins.
-   **Own & Deliver:** Manage your time effectively, adapt to shifting project needs, and drive projects across the finish line with excellence.

## Requirements

### **What You Bring to the Table:**

-   **Construction & Material Expertise:** Solid foundational knowledge of single/multi-family construction, specifically in interior finishes (tile, flooring, cabinetry).
-   **Spatial Visualization:** Sharp ability to interpret 2D drawings and conceptualize 3D structures effortlessly.
-   **Precision & Problem Solving:** Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to resolving plan discrepancies.
-   **Communication & Versatility:** Top-tier verbal and written communication skills, with an eager, adaptable mindset and a dedication to continuous growth.
