Both companies belong to the Atria Group (formerly Lambert Smith Hampton Hellas), the first international firm of commercial real estate consultants and chartered surveyors to establish a presence in Greece in 1990. Atria has since come to be regarded as the leading and most reliable firm in this sector. Atria professionals have completed numerous important advisory, management and transaction-related assignments, while Axies – the valuations affiliate – has built an extensive valuation and survey track record and has come to be regarded the preferred independent valuer by many organizations.

Atria’s Athens office was established in 1990 to serve the real estate requirements of multinational companies in Greece. Since then, Atria’s services have grown substantially both in terms of scope and volume. Its Thessaloniki office, covering the city of Thessaloniki and northern Greece, was established in 1998, while Axies S.A. was established as a separate corporate entity in 2003.
With a full-time staff of over 50 and more than 50 part-time associates situated throughout the country, Atria is the largest international real estate consultancy firm operating in Greece.
