CCDS is seeking a results-driven **Regional Sales Director – IT & Cybersecurity** to lead business growth across Egypt and Africa. The successful candidate will bring a strong record of winning complex IT and cybersecurity deals, an established regional network, and the ability to build lasting relationships with enterprise and government customers.

Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute a sales strategy for Egypt and target markets across Africa.
-   Identify new opportunities and build a qualified pipeline across enterprise and government sectors.
-   Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer engagement to proposals, negotiation, and contract closure.
-   Build relationships with senior decision-makers, technology partners, and vendors.
-   Work with presales and technical teams to shape solutions that meet customer requirements.
-   Grow strategic accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and expansion.
-   Maintain accurate forecasts and consistently deliver against revenue targets.
-   Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to guide regional growth plans.

## Requirements

-   **At least 10 years of B2B sales experience** in IT and cybersecurity.
-   **Proven sales success in Egypt and African markets**, including a track record of closing significant deals.
-   Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, IT infrastructure, and enterprise technology services.
-   An established network of customers, partners, and decision-makers in the region.
-   Experience managing complex sales cycles, tenders, and strategic accounts.
-   Strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial planning skills.
-   Excellent communication skills in **Arabic and English**.
-   Willingness to travel across the assigned territory as needed.
