# Paraprofessional > CCRES, Educational & Behavioral Health Services · Boyertown, United States · — · Posted 2026-06-30 **Workplace:** on_site **Department:** Boyertown Area School District (BASD) ## Description Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Paraprofessional through our partnership with Boyertown Area School District! **OFFERING PAID CREDENTIALS** \- Eliminating upfront costs for clearances & TB screening! **SUMMARY:** - Hourly Paraprofessional pay rates: - **$18** per hour for Paraprofessional assigned to specialized classroom: Autistic, Emotional, Life Skills Support - **$16** per hour for Paraprofessional assigned to Learning Support, 1:1, Intervention - The Paraprofessional position will work on all student days during the school calendar year, 6.5 paid hours per day on full school days (scheduled 7 hours/day with a 1/2 hr unpaid lunch break). - Paraprofessionals will support students in one of the following areas: Autistic, Emotional, Instructional, Learning, and Life Skills Support. - PTO: Employees assigned to work 30 hours or more hours are eligible for 8 PTO days (prorated based on hire date) **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** As a Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic, behavioral, social, and personal growth within the classroom and school environment.
